Actually most women have milky white or yellowish discharge throughout the pregnancy. Discharge might also show up after intercourse the night before.
What you will look for as you get close to labor is the passage of your mucus plug. This won't be milky but more like "snot" (sorry to be so graphic!) and thicker.
Some women don't notice the plug coming out, but if they do it means labor could be just days away.

This may sound gross but it could be the mucus plug. It usually comes out before labor. It's hard to tell though when you will go in labor. With my first one, I didn't even know I was in labor because the contractions were so small at first. If you feel a slight tightening and release then definitely call your Doctor or Midwife(i used one) and explain it to them.If anything, it may give you peace of mind.

Let's hope not- you aren't even full term.
Discharge is normal- if there is an odor- it's likely a yeast infection.
This is not a sign of labor.
