maybe its a static shock chaged from when you get in and out of the car and discarging when you cloes the door

Because when your fanny scoots off that nice synthetic seat you're building up a static charge. You just need to latch onto something metal when you get out and don't let go till your feet are on the ground. Anti static sparay doesn't last long.

Chances are it's just static electricity. It's a good idea to
make sure you discharge it before fueling your car.
Fueling fires have been attributed to static electricity
discharging during fueling, though this is not common
is still can pose a danger.

Static electric from when you slide out, I had this problem for years. I got smart and purchased one of those beaded seats
covers. They also allow air to circulate around you in the summer and are comfortable to sit on.
