Relax. Don't try so hard. There is apparently no reason why you can't get pregnant. Enjoy your husband and relax. It will happen.

If you have a regular menstrual cycle then intercourse (every other day) from about days 10-17 would be the best times to acheive pregnancy.

There is a good natural method - Natural Family Planning - that helps maximize your chances at conception.

There's more to it than just the timing. Other things can help your fertility - nutrition, lifestyle, positions during intercourse, etc. Too much to write here.

Try getting your hands on a copy of The Art of Natural Family Planning.

Best of luck!

What I suggest is that you have sex every day from 10 days past your period to 15 days past- and have sex every OTHER day in addition to that.

Purchase a fertlity monitor (clear blue easy is good.. or you can get toss out ones from the dollar store).

Be sure you are not standing up or using the restroom for 15min after sex.

Speak with your doctor and get a complete physical workup- your husband too.

Have patience. It can take 8+ months of trying before even the healthiest couples get pregnant.

Start taking prenatals or at least folic acid.

I had a m/c in November (18 weeks) and I just found out I am pregnant this morning! YAY! THERE IS HOPE!

You could try joining "fertilityfriend.com" which is a site for charting fertility. Buy a basal body thermometer. These are accurate for taking temps for TTC. When your temps rise significantly this indicates ovulation.
