Common snag when printing from the web. Simplest way is to highlight & copy what you want, paste into a Word document then you can kick it around as you require! Works for any printer.

Hi,

You should have some software that you installed when you got the printer. Open the software or go to My Computer > Control Panel > Printers.

There should be a section in there somewhere about "Calibration". Run through the calibration process and this should fix your printing alignment.

Also, make sure that your paper is inserted properly into the printer, and that the tray is straight as well.

Cheers

From the Print window, select Preferences | Layout | Scale to Fit | Scale to Fit Paper in Device | OK | OK

Also, if you need only part of the page, highlight what you want to print and check Print Selection | Apply | OK

Hope that helps!

Did you try File, Page Setup and reduce left and right margins. If still too wide, try Landscape.
