Too many to count, my favorites are the ones filled with family recipes from my family and my husbands family, passed down through many generations.
Since it's the weekend here, I will be cooking and baking up a storm for quite awhile.
It's fun trying out new recipes, and my friends and family love it also....I tend to make enough for lots of extra so I can share.
Happy cooking.

LOL........I have over 100 cookbooks too! I have an entire 7 shelf corner unit in my kitchen, filled. Though I DO love to cook and try new recipes all the time. I, mostly, collect allot of them based on their uniqueness, humor, or association with varying interests of mine. I have some antique or rare ones, as well. I even have a few cookbooks on dog treats and horse-menus to try.

Perhaps 12 or so,
It rear that I ever use them, they just stand on a shelf and collect dust.
When I do use (them),I usually use my SOUL FOOD cook book,I'm weak for that type of food.
