we recently had to move due to the home we were renting was sold.it was very unexpected and very quick.the same month we had to move my car broke down and was expensive to repair.then 2 days before we were moving my washing machine broke and is not repairable.so in 30 days time i had to come up with 1st , 2nd , and last months worth of rent for our new home , pay hundreds of dollars to fix my car , which left me with no $$$ for a new or used washer.I am a full time mother of three boys as well as a full time cna who cares for the elderly 40+ hours a week .please can some one help me finding a washer?

Try looking through the listings here:

or here:

I didn't look that thoroughly, but I did find some for under $50. If you can't afford that now, then just use the laundromat for a month or two until you can.

Check Craigslist.com. On the right side of the screen pick your state/city. Then look under free stuff in about the middle of the screen. I don't know about RI but where I live people are constantly posting free washing machines...and ovens, lol.
Good Luck...

Call some of the larger churches in your area. Many have tons of free stuff for people in need. Good luck and God Bless. If worse comes to worse, look in the newspaper ads. People sell them cheap.

You could go to your local freecycle group and ask there, or just patiently wait until someone wants to freecycle their old washing machine. See the link below.
