What area? You can pose nude in most countries as long as you're over 18. Of course, if you're ugly, I'm sure we can find some sort of law to shut you down. LOL. Seriously, this isn't illegal in most countries. It's even legal in many countries to charge a fee for people to view your photos.

Technically, if you're UNDER 18, you can still pose, but it's illegal for people to have copies of underage photos on their computer (but, not illegal to view them without downloading).
