I guess I'd wonder why anyone would be going to Taco Bell in the first place. Mediocre food at best. But, if you were to go, consider Beano as an appetizer, part of the main course, and as an after dinner aperitif.

Beano before, antibiotic after. Just kidding, but with all of the recent unsanitary condtions at SOME Taco Bells, mice running around after hours, e-coli in their lettuce that have been reported in the news, I couldn't resist mentioning.

you always want to take beano with the first bite of your meal. you can take beano to help gas when eating any type of gassy food.

definetly take it BEFORE Taco Bell. The food isnt' all that bad, it just depends on what you order.

well you can take it either or but i say before it prevents it so it wont happen to you trust me my mom takes it when we eat taco bell,too
