They probably CGI'ed 'em off; just visual effects. And Dawn, if you have no idea, why bother answering? I'm sure there are questions you DO know, that you could get the same two points from.

same thing with green screen, but they wrapped his legs that supposed to be gone in green materials, and digitally edit them out.

green screen technology but they had sleeves/socks on his legs that they were a certain color and the camera and computers just edit out the legs with the socks/colors that they needed to
