Without prisons sucking up tax money there would be enough tax dollars available to pay for the war in Iraq.

It would be nice if they were being released to Iran, where they can terrorize them instead, suck up welfare, rob and rape them if they did release them! They could have all the hash they wanted over there...I'd like to see what Iran would do with MS-13 or some of the hardened ones from San Quentin or NYC...

Many are dangerous violent felons. Most are not.
So, those communities that got back their serial murders and rapists would see a drastic increase in violent crimes.
The rest of the country would see a very slight increase in drug use.

Im sure the left wing congress is working on that now, but chances are the weak will parish in an orgy of violency the likes of which the country has never seen.

That would not be good for the innocent people of the US. The only solution would be to just identify them and shoot to kill on sight.
