Why dont you try Windows Vista Upgrade Advisor. I did this recently and for my particular Comp. Ihave XP Home, amongst other things it stated I must delete McAfee & not re-install it. Perhaps you have a similar problem. Also my printer, I have an HP psc stopped working properly when I installed IE7 although I think this has now been resolved,so I have neither

Unfortunately, there are no Windows Vista drivers available for that particular printer.

Your Operating System needs drivers to be able to identify and utilise the capabilities of each device that you attach to it.

The best thing you can do is send Lexmark an email asking them whether they intend to offer a Windows Vista driver for the P3120 model. Until that happens, I'm afraid you won't be able to use your printer with Windows Vista.

You could sign up to http://driverguide.com (it doesn't cost anything), and search to see if anyone has come up with a workaround.
