Im easy to approach. I try not to be stand offish because I love talking to people and having a good time. I try to be friendly to everyone and live life to the fullest and make as many friends possible.

It depends on the situation. I am usually easy to approach, if I'm around kids or people that are generally kind and fun loving.
That said, if I find myself around people that are rude, judge mental, or purposely difficult, than I , purposely, become stand-offish, because I don't want them to sense any approval from me. Nor do I have any desire to get to know them any better. I think most of us approach others by the way they embrace life and their own surroundings. Contempt breeds contempt, and respect begets respect, as they say. :-)

I'm a magnet. Strangers approach me all the time. Store clerks chat me up. The gas man came to check the meter yesterday. He hung around and we talked for twenty minutes. I sure hope his little girl's pony gets well.

Depends on my mood. Usually I'm pretty friendly and easy to approach. But I'll admit I can give forth aura of terrifying bitchiness from time to time.
