P & S would be the little-known Duchy of Grand Fenwick. Largely inhabited by cheerful, maladjusted characters, many of whom resemble each other. Curious, inventive, keep-to-themselves folks, who spend a lot of their time making and sampling Pinot Grand Fenwick, a sprightly wine that occasionally can be used as rocket fuel.

by and large, the same as any developed country. a high percentage of fun, tolerant people, a smaller %age of the 'criminal' element, and a certain number of folks who belong in a mental institution ( and i'm not talking about those who post the goofy, laughable "?"s , but the ones who spew filth and sickness).
