I was wondering where can I find DN vol13 in english so i can download it...or at least just read it.

There is a volume 13. It is true that the manga ends at volume 12, but vol 13 is like a character bio and such volume or something along those lines.

Judging by the release dates from ANN, vol 12 comes out in July. If Viz decides to release vol 13, it would mostly come out in the Fall. It's a 50/50 chance that Viz will release vol 13.

I am sorry but the manga series ended at volume 12. There is no volume 13 unfortunately. But there's the anime you can watch.

episode 28 hasnt been dubbed yet. yet, you could watch it on person swim ever satuday night. episode 28 is this saturday(properly no longer exactally night yet VERY early sunday morning)

i thought there was only vol 12.
