the best thing you could do is run away until it's over.

Sometimes women have this emotional thing going on during that time, but they should still try to act like a lady and take their partner's feelings into consideration. I would give her a day to settle down and then give her a call. Maybe ask her how she is doing and then take it from there. Also, maybe this is something that you two should discuss when she is not having a monthly cycle. Let her know how you feel and that she sometimes put you through hell when she flies off the handle. Relationships can be hard, but no matter what one partner is going through, they should always try to communicate and respect each other. ( An apology would be nice after one of those hell raising days and then she could tell you how much she loves and appreciates you)
Smile, remember to communicate.........good luck.

I would wait until her period is over. Then contact her - tell her how much you care it is pretty obvious from your question that you do. I think she does not have pms but pmdd - a much more serious condition and that she needs to keep a diary and take the information to her gyn and talk about it there. I suffer from this and honestly every time I had a melt down I thought I was right and I was shocked when I finally saw it was hormonal and nobody was actually being mean to me. good luck to you -k-

Wait for her to be over her pms and then talk to her. If this isn't the first time she's said it then maybe she really does want to break up and she's just using pms as an excuse to say it.

she probably didn't really mean it when we are pmsing we get really pist off well that's what happends to me it sucks! i would probably wait for her to cool-off then let her call you and if it has been long enough just call her to find out whats up. beware though if she is an emotional kind of person she may cry so just bare with her but at the same time i guess be supportive. good luck

be symathaetic to a point. my husband and I were falling apart intill i was diagnosed with pmdd (look it up). it felt like a mini pregnancy every 2 or so weeks. unusual sadness, loss, grief, irratablity, physical pain-- cramps, headaches, bloating, cravings the 9. for some women psm can be so severe that it interfears with normal daily living. talk to her and urge her to seek the help of a ob/gyn it can be controlled
