I would say ...........look before you leap.
Sometimes when you are in touch with just one person, you feel strong emotions about that person.
Give it the time to be sure of your feeling. If it is, good luck and tell her.
Otherwise, you will thank yourself that you waited. A friendship is too precious to be wasted for a stupid feeling. Make sure, it is not that.

For a while, I thought I was in love with my best friend, and I am. I love him sooo much. But not in a romantic way. I love getting hugs from him, and he protects me and makes me feel safe. I look at him all the time and I just think, "wow. he's amazing." I'm not sure if I (do or will) like him more than a friend, but right now I'm happy with how things are.
I'm not sure how much you really care about her in a romantic way, but you can google difference between lust and love, and that has alot of good answers. You might just love her as your bestfriend, but I don't know all of the details.
Good Luck!!

Slow down. What seems like love can many times be lust. Be careful. Maybe a little distance between the two of you might be helpful so you can clear your head and think about how the relationship will change and what you'll get out of it over and above what you have now.

She is your "best friend" so communication must be super...talk to her and tell her how you feel and that you don't want to ruin the friendship if she does not feel the same way.
Who knows, maybe she feels the same about you and has been waiting on you to make the first move.
My soon to be husband and I are "best friends"...it makes the relationship out of this world!
be cool...

DO NOT get romantically involved if you want to remain friends. When you mix sex with friendship it usually ends up in disaster when the romance ends so does the friendship. If you don't want to ruin the friendship I strongly suggest that you not get physically involved with her..Best Wishes

Tell her how you feel. Be open and honest. Let her express how she feels as well. Just listen to how she feels. Don' t interupt her. Sometimes friends can be more then friends. This might be one of those times. Just take your time. Good luck.
