What does the "moral" mean here?
What does the "moral" mean here?
In the book, The Things They Carried, a soldiers says there is a moral and they were looking at a vietcong dead, young soldier. then the soldier cut off a thumb and kicked the dead vietcong in the head. what is the "moral" and can you explain what they mean with moral?
i aready asked this question but no one has a good answer

i thot it meant "dont take from usor others//and the kikk in the head meant TO remember it..
