I am 5 ft 7 inches and preety decent health wise. my only issue is that for the past one year, i have been blacking out for some 5- 10 seconds after which i feel normal. if i get up suddenly after sitting, i black out. however, last night, on the train, i just blacked out for 10 minutes, and i have absolutely no recollection of what happened on the train. A friend helped me off the train and back home. and now every time i exert myself a little, i black out again. what could this possibly mean? Am getting worried bout this now. I eat well, get regular exercise and have no issues i can think of that could be causing this...

It is time for you to see your doctor who is qualified, trained, and licensed to give you proper medical advice. People on this site are not. Good luck.
