I suspect it is dead.

I feel sorry for you and it, but the cares are not what we would usually recommend for a box turtle.

For example: turtles should not drink milk or eat fruit cocktail (too sugary). Bananas should only be an occasional treat (too sugary as well), and lettuce should be the dark green leaf lettuce, not head lettuce- which as no nutrients.

If you decide to get another one, try http://www.austinsturtlepage.com or http://www.boxturtlesite.info for more ideas.

okay put a ruler next to him and wait for 1 hour. If he doesn't move a centimeter, he's dead or try putting your finger if he'll bite.

Does he smell? if he is dead he will start to smell. Also if he is limp he is dead. And if you put him in a little bit of water (not enough to drown him) he should start to move.

Turn him over onto his back and let him sit like that for a few minutes. A live turtle will not want to stay like that for very long.

tell him a "your momma" joke and see if gets offended. If he does then he's still alive.
