Mandatory senteces and you must fullfill 100% of the time given. No parole for good behavior. One Appeal MAX! Take away, any and all perks, TV, Game Rooms, Basketball courts, ping pong, weight training areas. you know in boot camp for the military, there is no perks, as ones mentioned. The liberal lawyers and justice system has bent over backwards at giving perks and better living conditions, to prisoners; but now its backfired! We've built more prisons in our country than we have schools. you make prison a club med like they have and you see the results. Why anyone supports the rights of someone who purposely commits a crime against an innocent victim, confuses me.

Change the usual to actually prosecuting and incarcerating people who break the law.

There is no deterrence for criminals, so if you have the Death Penalty and if someone is caught red handed and there is no doubt of his guilt, then execute him or her right away, without waiting for 30 years while the taxpayers pay hundreds of thousands until they are finally put to death.

Nobody goes to jail on a charge of contempt of court, or gets fined more than $100, without a separate jury trial before a different judge.

I would put all the judges and congressmen in prison, and then I would let the criminals go. Well, look at it this way. How many people have died in Iraq ? They have their blood on their hands, but he, that's different isn't it- it's war....

I'd like to see elected officials who break laws which they are sworn to uphold locked up for life. They hold the public welfare in their hands by choice. Penalties for hurting the public should be a lifetime incarceration with no chance of pardon or reduction in time. to serve.

I'd start in the Whitehouse.
