The third last level in the train I cant beat. Anyone know how to beat this level?

That level is a little tough, it took me several tries to beat it. The key is to make a mental note of all the colors you'll get and always put the couples, person etc in the exact same color as the others. Also, place them in groups, do 4-5 at a time and pick up their orders at the same time to get chain bonuses, then deliver the food without doing another objective and pick up their dirty dishes. In between chains, if you need to, give them a drink to boost their happiness which will net more points.

Yes I have.
Boost Happiness by drinks and quick reaction, but also try and boost scores by trying to create trains of actions, clear tables in groups where possible, take orders in bulk and deliver food in bulk, but try not to lose any customers by making them wait too long.
