I am curious because he now has a stronger Democratic party that will have to approve his choice. I doubt he could put another Alito on the Supreme Court now.

Ted Olson would be a good choice. Although he may be the next AG. His wife Barbara was awesome! She would only have married a great guy!

Oh, please, let it be either Olsen or Ashcroft. Either would be good. In fact, both would be good if we can get TWO of tose old phartz to retire.
