Cut out the bar code on the front of any daily broadsheet newspaper and scan it across the front of your set top box, carefully. It may take a few attempts before you hear a "bleep". Paperview will then appear as an option on your screen.
If it doesn't work I suggest you contact your TV program provider or try a different newspaper.

You must mean Pay Per View. Call your cable company. I can guarantee you're going to need someone to walk you through it.
