BCCI have no guts like PCB. It not take any strong desicion due to the pressure of management company.

The Governmental set up in both countries is itself different. We do not know much about the regionalism in that country. But certainly in India regionalism is prevalent in all fields and quota system works everywhere. Certainly BCCI will have to take some tough decisions, for which BCCI must first of all clean up its backyard first of all. Certainly BCCI can show guts like PCB once the conscience of the powers that be in BCCI is straight.

While pakistan is having dictatorship, India have democracy. Due to this difference any decision to be taken by BCCI, it should be by majority backing unless Pakistan.

more the money lesser the guts,as more n more money is being put on by the sponsors on the players it cannot be harsh on the cricketers n take decisions
