To understand how to read operators at all, you have to know the context. For example, (a,b) can be an ordered pair, or it can be the open interval from a to b.

I would suggest searching Wikipedia for the given context and field.

I can't list out all the possible mathematical operators, but a definite integral is read like this.

"the integral from A to B of f(x)"

what other ones are you looking for?

It all depends on the context.

A + B

Can mean a lot of things in math.
its usually explained when or just before its written down.
