im getting used by alot of people,they think im stupid but i know exactly what there doing ,i try to help people all the time so when im in need why cant they at least offer to help me

You need to take a period of time in your life where you put yourself first. If you're not100%, you won't be able to help people as much as you could if you we're 100%. You have to take time for yourself, especially if you know people are using you. Hello? Stop letting them take advantage of you. They don't appreciate it, obviously if they won't help you out, so f*** them. Be smart, don't be a door mat!

Cuz dear you do not care about you-why should they? At least that is how they are acting. Have you worked on (with a therapist) why you draw only sucky people to you? You are a darling person, but you draw those you are users-they have nothing to give back. You need to work on choosing to hang around people who take and GIVE-check out someone who can help you with your self esteem

You seem like a really nice person. If these people were as decent and as kind as you are then they'd return some of the generosity you've shown them. Those people are just selfish and you should forget about them

Some people are givers and some are takers. When you help people you should not expect anything in return. Do it because you want to.

because you have no idea that when you help someone you don't have to expect something in return.. When you'll stop bragging about how good hearted you are maybe you'll get some feed-back

Be yourself, and don't worry about others opinions of you.
If they are your real friends they will except you for who you are.
