Remember six simple rules to be happy:-
1) Free your heart from hatred .
2) Free your mind from worries .
3) Live a simple life .
4) Give more ---- it does not matter how much u give but how much love you put in it.
5) Expect less .
6) Always be happy because laughter is the best medicine !

You cannot go back & start a brand new begining .
You can start from here & make a brand new ending .
God did'nt promise gains without pains , sun without rains , laughter without sorrow but he did promise strength for the day , comfort for the tears & light for the way !

Dissapointments are like road - humps ! they slow you down a bit but you enjoy the smooth ride afterwards .
Dont stay on the humps too long . Move on !

When something happens to you , good or bad , consider what it means , because there's a purpose to life's events to teach you how to laugh more or cry not too hard !

I'm so sorry. I guess I don't have a recipe for happiness. Whenever I feel happiness, something always seems to get in the way.

The reason I answered your question like this is because this morning, I saw two pictures of Tobey Maguire and his fiancee, Jennifer Meyer, together at a L.A. Laker game. I know that all of you in the whole world are laughing at me and wanted so much to yell at me; for thinking that this man would leave his fiancee, who is the mother of his child, for some ugly, stupid, stubborn, strange, weird African-American woman who is two years older than him from Englewood, New Jersey, who has fibroids, growths, and a birthmark on her left breast.

Let's face it. I was never meant to be happy, and will never be allowed to have all kinds of beauty, happiness, and love in my life and future. As heartbreaking enough as it is, my darling Tobey Maguire will never ever leave Jennifer Meyer for me, because she has things that I will never ever have:

1. A beautiful child
2. A successful business
3. A billionaire father
4. A great guy
5. A loving family

I don't want to endanger that for them! They deserve to be happy. I sure don't.

Ingredients:
3 cups of positive thinking
1 cup of cheerfulness
3 tablespoons of playfulness
1 stick of daily activity
2 cups of energy
a dash of ignorance to taste

1. Mix well in a large bowl. If it doesn't result in a full bowl, add more ingorance and cheerfulness.
2. Spread in a pan until full to the brim and let sit overnight.
3. Top with energy and a handful of ignorance.
4. Cut into small pieces and share with everyone.

1) Sleeping pills so I don't have to deal with my husband
2) Few glasses of wine a night - so I don't have to deal with him
3) Hide out in the bedroom watching TV, so I don't have to deal with him.
4) Get to work early and stay very late

That's what makes me happy!!! (at this moment in time)

Laugh and be marry. Do not be inhuman even if some one does not behave in the manner you like. Extend you help as far possible and do not hanker after money.

Appreciate everything, the person you are with, the food on the table. Don't complain, someone somewhere is worst off than you. Smile. Treat everyone with respect...

Always find something good to focus on and learn to let things go. Holding onto negative energy only keeps you down.
