I'd like to setup a PC on Customer Support Area and let the Customers to open only the Page I've setup for them and nothing else.

use "net-nanny" and input the allowed address you want to use
it certainly wont allow anything else if so desired

Got a firewall with a password option, such as Norton or Mcafee? Use it to block all sites but one. Leave that in your truested sites, and block all other access. There's not a way that I have seen to access this in internet explorer.

Yes, but it involves the purchase of URL filtering software. Look on the Internet for different packages.

Yes. The people would have to have a proxy id to go to a different page. I'm not sure how you do it though.
