If you have scored 30 points , it would have been 100%. You scored 19 so to calculate the percentage, you can use the following rule:
write the what you know in the table :
points | percents
--------|------------
30 | 100%
19 | ???
to find the missing data , you multiply the two numbers on the diagonal of the table and then divide by the third number. In this case , multiply 19 and 100% and then divide by 30.
(19*100%)/30 = 63.333%
