I have managed to unscrew 2 screws on the side of the bracelet but the pin will not come out which would disconnect the links

You have beautiful expensive watch. Take it to the jeweler you got it from they do it free. They have a special tool that makes it much easier
If you cant take it to where you got it any jeweler will do it for a few bucks $5.00

I had to do the same with my Chronographe Rattrapante - the trick is to use an awl aka bradawl to push the pin far enough out to grip it with a pair of pliers. Be careful of you fingers as the point on those things is very sharp, and have a bowl to put the loose bit in so you don't lose them. Failing that look up your nearest brannch of Ernest Jones or check Breitling's website for your nearest dealer, 'though any jeweller who is any good will do it for a few quid.

if you really have a brietling ..then it is too expensive a watch to mess about with ...take it to a jewelry shop ..bet it wont cost a fiver

i had the same problem and by using a jeweller it only cost a few pence to fix it.

For what it will cost you take it to a jewellers quicker and less stress .
