That user thrives on creating bad feeling, so either ignore or give a nice answer such as - "have a hug from me"
Report "her" if you must, but dont give the satisfaction of any more publicity - even thumbs down are oxygen to a user like that

she gave a rude 1 word answer, 2 a serious question & i snapped back, i'm not sure if she noticed!
her comment has now been removed.
i just reported her & left it at that.
i haven't got the time 2 entertain toss-pots.

I can`t see why people are allowing themselves to be goaded by her. Everyone should completely ignore her Q`s, not respond to them, just report them, and do the same to her obnoxious answers.
