Update: Tony, Tony helped me find Wicked (by the same author) and the envelope to a sewing pattern that I was wondering where it was. But, so far, no book. I *distinctly* remember putting it up on a shelf. But I've *looked* on all the shelves! Three or four times! I will keep you updated. Any more hints? You can hit "edit" if you've already answered.
