the company is Planet Lukacs GV Cargolines in madrid they are suppose to deliver a car for myself from a dealer in spain but they are still holding my money and the car has not been delivered

you contact the people yuu wnt to make a complaint about and they will tell you what you have to do

You will have to get in touch with the company and say you wish to denounce them, that is the legal term over they and once you start that it then goes to Court,
As a company they will have a book for customers that wish to make a complaint failing to let you have it and fill it out is illegal on there part
normally just hearing that you wish to denounce them will make them try to resolve the problem for you
