Okay, here are some to go on with:

loving: demonstrative, doting, sentimental
kind: softhearted
nice: delightful, seemly
wonderful: dynamite, divine, something else, sensational, superb
thoughtful: diplomatic, discreet, sensitive

Serendipitous : fortuitous
coming from the word serendipity which means a natural talent for finding good things.
eg. meeting John was a serendipitous encounter.
opps sry this does not describe a person.

Saccharine: sweet

do you on want words which describe people or their characteristics?

Sententious: self-righteous, likes to use maxims
John is a sententious poet.

dexterious: skilful

dynamic: energetic

I cant really think of any other words of the top of my head at the moment. Hope this helps.^^
