Use a search engine, and insert the first line (or the lines you remember best) of the poem -- use quotation marks, if you are absolutely certain you remember them correctly. Does the poem have any unusual words? You could try searching for the poem by just those words, too.
If it's for a class, ask a classmate or the teacher for another copy.

Get a copy from your friend and recopy it and keep 2 or 3 sheets spare. Learn the poem by repeated reading, memorising and that is the only way to get it back.

two years ago i could pretty much quote most of Macbeth. I forgot most of it but then i heard it on the radio and i totally recognised it and started speaking along with the different charactors.
