Can a Private Bussiness stay a Private Bussiness no matter how much they make or how long they are In Business, or is there a law in the US or California that says after a certain amount of time (Or Money Made) a private company has to change to a publicly traded Corp?

No. You can remail private. The largest private company in the US is Cargill, with about $70 billion in sales. They've been in business for almost 150 years. Mars (the candy company) is private, with sales of about $20 billion.
