Once you do something WRONG against me, it is a major stumbling block, and you have LOST the TRUST that I had in you or your integrity or behaviors.

I would give them at least one to try to do better and make things right. Maybe another after that, depends on the situation on how far I would go. But everyone deserves a chance to make it right.

Only One chance, and even i will communicate with him/her that the wrong thing you have done has hurt me and i will inform him that it should be repeated,
just giving a chance and not making him/her realised that he has comitted mistake is your fault, may be, for him that is not a mistake,but it has hurt you and you consider it as a mistake so you should bring this point to his/her notice, so that the person will not repeat it and both can be happy
