If he is thirteen...Yes it's wrong that's why there are laws against it.
But if both of you are of legal age and it makes you both happy...Go for it and to blazes what anyone else thinks.
I happen to be twenty six years older than my wife and we don't have a problem with it.

as long as the younger one is at least 18. I see no problem in it. It might be an issue if a 25 year old was dating a 5 year old.

It's okay if you can tolerate raising your husband as you would a son. Common sense says that he will have to experience the process of life, just like you did 20 years ago.
You must be tolerant and be a gentle teacher because he will have no choice but to learn by your example.

As long as they are both legal and comfortable and happy with each other, then no. Some men are 20 years older then their girlfriend.
