If you keep yourself clean - use water after urination and always wash before sex then there should be no problem. Your vag secretions should not smell so if they do then you should see a doctor as you might have an infection. Yes live yogurt will help if you eat that but an infection will need more treatment like antibiotics and a topical cream.

If you are talking about your period (you don't say what is causing you to be wet) that's just got to do with the blood coming out.

But if you are noticing a strong smell with your urine, or your vaginal discharge this could be infection related.

Pls get in touch with your dr to have this evaluated to see what could be causing this.
