Are you sure they're moles and not shrews? Usually you wouldn't even know about moles, but shrews look & behave like moles, but are more abundant & apparent. If Shrews are your problem, they're very difficult to get rid of, but fox urine is recommended as a repellant. They're usually not a pest, though. They're actually beneficial to gardens, etc., because they're insectivores / carnivores.

Poison and food. Simply mix a lot of poison, which you can get from virtually any local shop, and some food like carats and next thing you know you'll only have died mole.

The problem is not really moles, it is actually grubs. Find a pesticide that will take care of the grubs, and the moles will leave.

Tony is right but you can save yourself some money on fox urine. Piss down the holes yourself for a week.
