This is nothing to worry about. Boys can start masturbating in the womb! Others start having a play before they can crawl. As soon as their little hands accidentally brush across their very sensitive little penis they wake up to the fact that if they play with this thing, it feels good. It is very normal & very natural! Girls are a little slower to discover masturbation as they do not have their sensitive organ just hanging out there like boys so they don't just brush across it accidentally.
If your toddler is humping everthing the best thing to do is ignore the behavoir. If it gets worse just gently & quietly put him in his bedroom without saying anything, it may take a while but eventually he will get the message that he can only do this in private. Do not ever tell him he is wrong or dirty!
He WILL eventually grow out of it! (well for a while until he reaches pubity) Just be patient & hang in there. Good luck!!!
P.S. You didn't mention how old your boy is. Also boys don't produce sperm until puberty. So stop worrying !

Around 11 or so sometimes a bit younger and yes they have sperm. Don't be embarrassed about asking your just curious!

Well, sometime after puberty, which seems about 12 or 13.
But we're all different; some start sooner and some years later.

First, not all boys do, and I would say at about the same time as girls start. So me, they was 39 years ago. I will let you guess the age.
Now, if you want to ask a really weird question, ask your father or grandfather if they are. Recent studies have shown that it helps reduce the swelling in the prostate without the use of drugs.
