Yes. But, the study needs to be about how the brain works and how decisions are made. As this kind of study goes on, it becomes clearer how the mechanics of the brain work and less about philosophy.

It would be a long stretch for such a claim! So I would say no. Biology is the study of life while anorexia and bulimia are lifestyles. I have a B.A. in Psychology and these disorders are considered abnormal behavior. Behavior = lifestyle. However, if you would like to get away with categorizing these eating disorders into biology you can play the pathology angle. Hope this helps!!!

The study of how people view themselves and the mechanisms of hunger would fall under the category of biology. If it was genetic or learned would also qualify.
