It is biological... we are fantasizing. Guys are very visual and task-orientated creatures, sex is a task we love very much!
Women are typically much more socially and verbally-orientated creatures.
On the biological side... a true study I heard about recently, male chimps love to watch movies of female chimps having sex on a television...
