hell yea. if my breathe was off point i'd want somebody to tell me. as long as it's in a nice way.

I would not tell anyone to bruth (oops you meant brush) their teeth, but I would back away, and if they did not pick up the hint I would say your breath smells or just offer them a mint.

there was this hot german girl at the bar, she was lovin me. then her breath stunk and i was like damn, i don't get opportunities everyday, i tried and i tried, various foods try a ciggrette, couldn't get the funk away i could never come out and say anything though. I just had to back away. Probably only reason i had a chance cause everyone else ran away.

it depends on how well I know them. Assuming a stranger, I would find a diplomatic way to back away, or walk off for something across the room. If I know them well, I'll offer at piece of hard candy, which is usually a Wintergreen Lifesaver. Smart ones among them say, "Oh, that bad, is it?" And we have a laugh.

I was in this situation a week ago, i went to a restaurant with my husband, 5 month old daughter, and my brother in law. This old man comes up to us just as we were sitting down. Now the man is just as sweet as could be. He just wanted to see the baby. He was talking to me 10 inches from my face, he smelled like rotten meat, and you could see his face melting away, But there is no way i could have told the man to get out of my face.

I'd honestly just politely take a package of Tic-Tacs from my pocket/handbag/etc. pour a few out, put a few into my mouth and say politely. "Wanna Tic-Tac?" Shaking the canister out towards them.
That way, your being polite to them, and getting rid of the problem without starting another issue all together.

I'm pretty direct, I'd tell them. Not to be rude but to spare them the embarrassment of others talking behind their back about it
