If the motor corners are crimped together you can't.
If there are looooooong bolts going through the length of the motor housing, just take them out and knock it apart.
It can be done, but most of the motors in a/c furnce units are cheap enough that it's not worth the hastle. You're better off just buying a new motor.
The cost of buying new bearings for these motors will probably be more than the cost of buying a new motor.

Ususally with anything less that a 1HP motor you're further ahead to just pitch it and get new.

From the compressor, the compressor's fan or the inside blower that circulates air? Whole house unit or window unit?
Two part unit with the heat exchanger inside or one part with all the stuff outside and large tubes carrying air under the house (or mobile home)?
