Do you think aliens could be real?

Just a simple question, would like to get peoples opinions on this. I believe that aliens could be real and possibly created by satan to implant evil thought units into our heads to turn us away from christ, what do you think?

yes its highly probably that aliens do exist, of all the planets in all the galaxies i doubt we're the only one capable of supporting life.

Dear Milferd,

I think that your education is very limited, and that you have been reading a lot of science fiction.

First of all the study of space, the planets, the Solar System, the stars, and the Universe has nothing, repeat, nothing to do with religion, christ, and satan. Put all of that into the back of your mind. If you wish to study religion, go to a religious school and have a great time. If you want to study the Universe and even consider the idea of possible alien life, you must put all religious considerations on the back burner.

The reason that I am telling you this is that you cannot make intelligent statements and informed decisions about something until you know what you are talking about, i.e., you have some basic knowledge about the subject.

There is every probability that there is life out there in the Universe "somewhere." It was not "put" there by someone, or by some fallen angel. It developed because of conditions that exist there which were similar to those found on Earth. There are 200 Billion (or more) stars just like our Sun within the Milky Way Galaxy. Each of those stars could have from 0 to 10 (or more) planets (with all their various moons) circling around them. Now, out of all those possible planets the concept that one or more might have similar conditions to those on Earth is a pretty good theory. It is not proven yet, but the possibility is real enough.

Beyond our Milky Way Galaxy there are thousands of other galaxies and each one of those contains billions more stars, orbiting planets, and moons. So the chances that there is something like Earth out there somewhere are even better. Will we ever know for sure. I don't know. At this time, there are no answers.

However, please don't sacrifice your ability to learn about the reality of space by passing them off as the doing or the product of mythological beings like satan, etc.

If you really want to delve into stuff like that... consider this. You have some foundation in religion and ask about aliens. In religion they state that Earth was created by God, right. yet, God did not live on Earth, right? Now, everyone that lives or has lived on Earth is an Earthling, right? Everyone who is from somewhere else is an Alien, right? So God was an Alien. Okay? He never lived on Earth. In fact he was somewhere else when he created it. So, you, therefore believe in at least one alien. Open your eyes and your mind. Religion has its place in society, no problem. But, ignorance of the things around you is not a worthwhile virtue these days.

So, yes- the aliens probably exist.
However the question is: have they really contacted us?
First off, you need to answer whether our human's ablity to think is unique or it's something very common, like the existence of matter and space? Lets try to separate the world into 3 categories (philosophically):

1. Matter
2. Space ("the nothing")
3. Our Mind ( "the reason"...).

The matter and space are something we see billions of light years far away from our planet. But we can't see the "reason". So the idea of "mind" won't be that important if we assume our mind only as something that tries to find answers (at all), but such as something that changes the matter and space. Think about how you can smash some alluminium bottle of Coca Cola or Redbul :)) (just a simple example), our mind indeed could use Atomic Bomb on the other hand and destroy the earth. The point of what I say is that "mind" is an important category of our world so thanks to this importance it is very possible that it is very often found. Not only on our planet.
But as I mentioned, we cannot see it with our eyes or even with Huble :).

One of the most important questions you should ask yourself is not why the aliens have not introduced theirselfs to the mass public? But what will they gain if they do so???

Absolutely. Archaeologists have discovered twenty thousand year old caves with charcoal drawings on the walls depicting life during those times. The drawings include beings of individuals in what resemble flying saucers. With over 1 billion Suns in the galaxies, many with planets going around them like ours, only a narrow minded person could believe that the our planet is the only one with intelligent life. Keep in mind that ancient people who thought that the Earth was flat also believed that only birds & insects could fly. When they saw someone flying in a machine they didn't call it a UFO, they called it God. Mankind on Earth is not alone in the galaxies.
