There are 38 levels abouve "Top Secret" in the Government.

What is the top one and who is dealt with at that level?

The who would be those involved with a need to know concerning weapons development, presidential security information, nuclear related projects and intelligence gathering.
Executive order 13292 was the last order established with regard to classified information. It was issued by President Bush in 2003.

The alliance of corrupt intelliegence agents elaborating projects like aliens colonizing the earth! Don't u watch "the X-files?" Mulder talks to some guy named Deepthroat and all that. I think that they're known as the Men In Black. No one is above them, and I heard some of their agents are outer space life-forms disguised as humans that colonize the earth. They hrlp maintain the coverage over the elabaorate conspiracy of aliens and other things that make good T.V!

I'M not sure my highest clearance level when I was in the Army was Top Secret with a special background investigation. That's about as high as a peon can get. ;)

My husband had a top secret clearance in the military. Mine was just "secret". I was with the Military Police.

Surely, there is a greater secret than the "39th..." How many conspiracies take place that are not on the news, or in books...?
