Open Internet Explorer

Tools

Internet Options

Content Tab

AutoComplete Button

AutoComplete Lists possible matches from entries you've typed before:
Use AutoComplete for: Web Addresses, Forms, User names, and passwords.

To remove simply uncheck and clear forms or passwords
