Sure..... but they left a note saying:
"Thank you for the towel. We just wanted something to remember you by. We can only hope your experience with us was equally absorbing."

Hon, that HAS happened to me!
Pillows, bedding, towels and washcloths, as when we were on the road, i wanted us to KNOW where the bedding had been, so I took it with.......yes things got mixed up and the maids took our things by mistake, sadly it was not always a situation that i could prove, and out of site out of mind.....
Yes anyway it has happened tome, but when traveling, i still take my own things and cleaning stuff too...i don't trust a hotel...no matter how nice it allegedly is.
Cheers!

i don't recognize for I even have in no way stayed in a lodge or hotel the place I supplied the towels. I did stay in a lodge that had chains on their towels and the sheets have been nailed to the mattress.

That's pretty bad, but even worse is when the guests find the hotel mascot in their room(a mouse)!

My room was so small, I had to step ourtside to change my mind.
When I plugged in my electric razor, i blew the fuse.
The wake-up call was them pounding on the floor with a broom
