It will take more than just big boobs to fill that role. You will need a actress that is full of glamor and spunk and style and humor and lots of sex appeal. My pick would be
Kelly Carlson from Nip/Tuck she is all that and more,Favors(looks) ANS alot,very sexy,talented,nice body.
My second choice would be
Ali Larter from Heroes she could pull it off to.Same reasons
Both ladies could be glammed up very easily.
